The present general sales conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products. They apply, without restriction or reserve, to the entirety of the sales of products offered on the site As a consequence, the fact for any person of ordering a product offered for sale on the internet site implies that they have fully and entirely accepted the present general sales conditions which the Buyer recognizes being knowledgeable of before purchase.

The consumer declares himself to have full legal capacity to commit himself to the present general sales conditions. The applicable conditions are those in vigour on the site on the day of ordering. They exclusively concern a non-trading adult.

The primary language of the General Sales Conditions being French, the parties agree that the contract is subject to French law.

Acceptance of the offer

TIPTHARA informs the consumer of all the essential characteristics of the goods offered (sizes, colours, composition, description, price). These characteristics are supported by photography illustrating the offer. The photographs illustrating the offer are not contractually binding. The consumer recognizes that the photography representing the product shown on the website is only indicative. Differences may appear as a consequence of treatment to the photograph. Prices are indicated in Euros including French sales tax.

Additional charges are applicable for delivery.

For orders to be delivered outside metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For products to be delivered outside the EU, Switzerland, and the Maghreb countries, the price will automatically be calculated excluding sales tax on the bill. Customs duty or other local or state taxes may be applicable. These taxes are not the responsibility of TPTHARA. They will be at your charge and your entire responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and organizations of your country. We advise you to enquire about these aspects to your local authorities. 

The acceptance and confirmation of your order is carried out by the entering of a series of data on successive screen-pages.

The definitive acceptance is the entering of your bankcard for payment.

The products we propose conform to the legislation and the norms applicable in France.

Order confirmation

After acceptance by the bank of your online payment by bank card, an order number will be sent to you in a confirmation email.

Our product offers and prices are valid throughout their posting on our site. (Except for specific promotions) and within the limit of available stocks. Only the products available can be ordered.

If, despite our efforts, an ordered article is not available, a notification of unavailability will be addressed to you by email and we will propose an alternative replacement article within a delay of 10 days.

Orders are archived on our server for a period of 5 years counting from the last order. At any moment you can access the details of your orders via your Customer Account in the My Orders page, or by sending an email via the Contact section.


Product prices are valid for as long as they are visible on the site. reserves the right to modify prices at any moment, but is committed to applying the tariffs in force which are indicated to you at the moment of ordering.

The selling price of the products online at the website does not include the delivery charges which are billed in addition to the price.

The delivery charge will be indicated before the registration of the order by the buyer.


Means of payment Payment of the sales price must be carried out at the moment of ordering by the Buyer.

The debit of the entirety of the order total will be carried out by at the moment of ordering.

All orders are payable in Euros.

To pay for the order online, the Buyer is able to use any of the following means of payment:

TIPTHARA will not complete the order in the case of non-payment or where there is a problem with payment.

 Payment security

The means of payment which we propose, namely by bank card, is fast, simple and secure.

In order to guarantee that your purchase is made in complete security, has adopted the SSL encryption procedure which ensures the confidentiality of banking information. Thus at the moment of entering and transferring, it is impossible to read the banking information. Furthermore, this information is not registered on our servers. This is why we ask you to supply the information on each occasion of purchase.

When you are entering your bank card information, we ask you to indicate the last three numbers situated on the back of your card. This control allows us to make sure that it is the card holder who is placing the order. These numbers appear neither on your bank statement nor on the bank card receipt produced by shopkeepers.


In general Products are delivered to the address given during the ordering process (delivery address). We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

In the event of a delivery problem resulting from an error of information on your part concerning delivery address, we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to offer refund on the order.

TIPTHARA offers its clients the choice of delivery via registered “Colissimo” by the French post. For Colissimo delivery, the Colissimo reference is indicated to allow you to follow the delivery of your parcel on the site

Postal charges for France: 5€. Everywhere else: the postal charges will be added to your order;

Unless the procedures below are respected, no claim by the Buyer will be accepted.

Characteristics of the French Post’s “Colissimo Suivi” system The mailman delivers directly to the Buyer’s home where he signs a form by way of proof of delivery. In case of absence, the Buyer or the intended recipient of the product ordered will receive a delivery notice from his mailman, which will allow him to collect the product ordered from his local post office within a period of fifteen days.

The Buyer is responsible for checking, in the presence of the mailman or deliverer, the state of the product packaging and its content upon delivery.

In the event that the Buyer has a doubt of whatever nature about the state or the contents of the package, he must:

- apply the Colissimo procedure (notably, signaling whatever damages, complaints and doubts) and refuse the merchandise by making an abnormality report with the post employee (report 170).

The average delivery time from leaving the TIPTHARA depot is: - French post Colissimo Suivi: 48 hours within France This delay is given by way of indication only. In any event, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121.20.3 of the French Consumers’ Code, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days following the day on which the Buyer has validated his order, subject to the full payment of the price.

If the item has not been delivered within this period, the Buyer will have the possibility of cancelling his order. The sums paid by the buyer will be transferred back to him without delay.

In the case of a delay in delivery relative to the initially fixed date, the Buyer must inform TIPTHARA of this in writing (by post or email) in order for them to launch an investigation with the transporter.

An investigation with the French post may last up to 21 working days. If during this delay, the product is localized, it will be immediately sent to the place of delivery specified on the order form.

On the other hand, if the product ordered is not localized at the end of the 21 days of investigation, TIPTHARA will proceed at its own cost with a new dispatch of the products ordered by the buyer.

In the event where the product ordered is no longer available, TIPTHARA will suggest a comparable product which the buyer will have the choice of accepting or refusing.

Returning ordered items In general

Whatever your reason for returning an item, we invite you to inform us by email at the Contact section. If your returned item requires a refund, this will be carried out within the shortest delay, and at the latest thirty days after the reception of your parcel by our services, and by the same means of payment as that chosen at the time of ordering. If the returned item requires a new dispatch (an error in preparing your parcel, problem of quality), your new parcel will be dispatched using the same method of delivery as the one chosen for your order. In the event of a refund for the sending back of the initial parcel, this will be done according to the Colisimo tariffs in force, and only upon sending documentary proof (a Colissimo receipt) by email or post.

The returning items should be in good conditions, be put in their original packaging and sent back in a proper package. There must not be any traces of use and be accompanied by all their possible accessories. Only after we have verified the items are in satisfactory conditions, then we will proceed to the reimbursement of the items.

Methods for returning

There is a mistake in the processing of your order. If you notice a mistake made by us when preparing our parcel (articles not conforming to the order or articles missing…), please inform us by mail via the Contact section, indicating for us your client references (client number and order number). After receiving your email, we are committed to sending you the correct or missing items within a maximum delay of ten days after your email. If you have received incorrect articles, we invite you to return them using the methods mentioned above. Of course, the cost of sending back these articles will be refunded to you upon sending us documentary proof (a Colisimo receipt) by email or post. You have not received your parcel Despite our constant best efforts to offer you complete satisfaction, we remain subject to the hazards linked to parcel deliveries. If you experience a delay in the delivery of your parcel, please inform us by email via the Contact section by indicating to us your client number and your order number. We will carry out the necessary investigation to determine the cause of this delay. One or more of the goods you have received is defective. You benefit from legal guarantees covering conformity and hidden defects. We are thus committed to refunding you for products certified as being defective. If this situation arises we invite you to inform us in advance, via the Contact section, stating your references (Client number and order number) and giving us a detailed description of the damage to the product.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Code of Consumption, you have a legal period of 7 clear days to return non-accepted products at your own cost to the following address:

This period begins the day after reception of the product. At the end of this period, you no longer have a right of withdrawal. In order to ensure an orderly management of returns, we ask you to signal in advance that you are returning the item to our client services by sending an email to When exercising your right of withdrawal, you may request either the refund of the price paid for the item(s), but not the cost of returning the item, or an alternative item of an equivalent value to the amount paid. Unless due to an error on our part or the presence of defective items, the cost of returning your parcel is your responsibility.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. You must make sure that the order which you are sending back is complete, complying with conditions of above. Item parcels should be sent back by Colissimo Suivi in France and registered post elsewhere. We cannot be held responsible if your parcel is lost in the post when being sent back. In the event that you exercise your right to return a product, we will do everything possible to refund you within a period of 15 days following our reception of the returned item. However this period may be extended to 30 days counting from date of exercising your right of returning. You will then be refunded by the system of recrediting (secured transaction) in the case of payment bank card.

Law on information, data and freedom

The information collected by TIPTHARA on its website is for its own use. You can oppose the use of the data gathered according to the terms of the present order, both as a TIPTHARA customer file as well as their use by third parties. In accordance with the French law “Informatique et libertés" – Information and Freedom - n°78-17 dated 6th or January 1978, you have the right of access to and rectification of data concerning you. The information gathered by TIPTHARA when the Buyer is making an order is needed for the processing of the order by TIPTHARA and its service providers with whom they work to carry out the order.

The Buyer may, if he has previously accepted this, receive commercial propositions from other organizations or firms. If the Buyer does not wish to receive these propositions, he can inform TIPTHARA by post or uninscribe in his personal space.

Intellectual property

All the elements (information, data, brands, logos, photos, etc.) present on the site are the exclusive property of TIPTHARA and its partners, and are protected by copyright, brand rights and patents.

Resolving disputes

In the event that a dispute arises from the present contractual relationship, the parties agree to strive to reach an amicable settlement before any legal action. In case of legal action, the competent tribunal will be located in the defendant’s region, or by the choice of the plaintiff, in the region of the parcel delivery. It will take place in accordance with French law.
