Accommodation remains open to students who wish to stay, but they can cancel their contracts if they wish to leave earlier. 8.8.2. « Accommodation Deposit » means an amount specified in the Accommodation Contract and payable by the Student, registered by the IPC with the Deposit Guarantee Scheme and charged for any damage not charged before leaving the Accommodation. Our accommodation locations are all located in the centre of York, 1 mile or less from campus.
